Second, the working principle
The basic working principle of the Mat series of asphalt colloid mills is shearing, grinding and high-speed agitation. The turntable and the fixed plate are engaged with each other, and the two toothed surfaces are relatively moved, one of which rotates at a high speed and the other of which is stationary. The asphalt mixture moves along the spiral S-shaped path during the process from the center to the edge of the grinding disc, which greatly extends the traveling path. The length increases the time and number of shearing and grinding, so that the material passing through the tooth surface is effectively dispersed, emulsified, pulverized and homogenized under the action of high-frequency vibration, high-speed vortex and the like, and the polymer is subjected to severe friction. Extrusion, smashing and tearing break the molecular chain, so that the polymer re-links under the chemical action of the stabilizer to form a stable network structure.
